After an initial brief, we matched the client with one of our qualified architects to produce concept designs. Being involved in this step allowed us to develop initial costings for the client that assisted in developing the project budgeting and scope. We then progressed on to the interior design and finalised the project budget.
We executed the project using professional designers who understand heritage requirements and guidelines combined with modern and traditional construction methods. The final product transformed a reasonable house into a comfortable and modern family home that compliments its location.
